Import Charges & Fees

If your Non-US country’s customs office accesses import fees, all import charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If items are returned to seller due to non-payment of import charges and fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Only the cost of actual product or items purchased may be refunded, and only upon receipt of returned order.

Tracking

Track your shipment at USPS Tracking *

International Tracking Information: Once package reaches and clears customs in destination country, it is then up to the destination country’s delivery service to scan package and finish delivery. The Boot Horn and USPS has no control of the delivery from destination country’s customs office and/or local non-US delivery services. USPS has the system in place to track to select non-US countries but non-US destination countries are under no obligation and have no agreement with USPS to scan package delivery status. Therefore, even if the package is able to be tracked, if the destination country’s delivery service or carrier does not scan the package after clearing customs, it will only show it has cleared customs in destination country and will not provide tracking from there to destination address. If the destination country’s delivery service or carrier does scan the package after clearing customs and it is a country that will provide tracking it will show delivery to destination. On occasion packages get stuck in customs and are sitting on a shelf in the destination country’s office waiting for either approval, or contact from recipient or for some other unknown reason; to deliver. It may be necessary for recipient to contact their local customs office for information. If the non-US destination country does not provide any tracking, it will show only when it has cleared customs and left the United States.
